VANCE COSTELLO, D.D.S.
After graduation from Kilbourne High School and Northeast Louisiana University, Dr. Costello received his doctorate from LSU School of Dentistry in 2005. He is a member of American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental
Association and Northeast Louisiana Dental Association. He completed the MCG/AAID Comprehensive Training Course in Implant Dentistry in 2009.
Costello’s most recent achievement happened in 2018 when he became a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID). This near decade long achievement is the highest certification that can be received.
He is now one of only two practicing dentists in Louisiana with this achievement. In 2011, he received his Associate Fellow by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is also one of the few general dentists in Northeast Louisiana who is certified in IV Sedation.
Dr. Costello and his wife, Carla, have two sons, Connor and Ethan. Dr. Costello enjoys taking his boys fishing and hunting and hanging out with his family.
DANIEL RAYMOND, D.D.S.
Dr. Raymond grew up in Monroe, Louisiana where he attended St. Frederick High School and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. While enrolled at ULM, he was a member of the Warhawk Baseball team
playing catcher and first base.
He graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in 2009. Dr. Raymond is a member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, Northeast Louisiana Dental Association, and a Fellow of the American and International
Dr. Raymond is married to Sarah Taylor Raymond and has three beautiful children, Caroline, William, and Lizzie Jane. Dr. Raymond is an avid duck hunter and enjoys training his two Labrador retrievers. He also enjoys spending time
with his family.
EMILY WILHITE, D.D.S.
Dr. Wilhite is from West Monroe, Louisiana. She graduated from West Monroe High School as valedictorian and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana Tech University, where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors. Dr.
Wilhite received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from LSU School of Dentistry in 2013. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and Northeast Louisiana Dental Association.
Dr. Wilhite is married to Blake Wilhite, and they have two children, Olivia and Andrew. Dr. Wilhite enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and playing tennis.
RYAN RACHAL, D.D.S.
Dr. Rachal grew up in Monroe, LA where he graduated from high school at Neville High School. He obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a major in biological sciences and a minor in
chemistry. Dr. Rachal then graduated from LSU School of Dentistry with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 2017. Dr. Rachal is a member of the American Dental Association and the Louisiana Dental Association.
Dr. Rachal is married to Dr. Mary Webster Rachal, who is also a dentist with a doctorate from LSU School of Dentistry. Together they have two children, Mary Carlyle and Marshall. Dr. Rachal loves spending time with his family,
fishing, reading, and watching football.
MARY RACHAL, D.D.S.
Dr. Mary Webster Rachal is placing her roots deeper into the community she grew up in! She is a Neville High School Alumn and former valedictorian. Mary didn’t travel far for college, she attended the
University of Louisiana at Monroe receiving her Bachelors of Science. She later obtained her doctorate degree from LSU School of Dentistry. Mary is an active member of the American Dental Association,
Louisiana Dental Association, and the Northeast Louisiana Dental Association. You can catch Mary at the Monroe office.
Dr. Mary Rachal is married to NELA Dental’s Dr. Ryan Rachal. They have two children, Mary Carlyle and Marshall. Mary enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and embroidering baby clothes.
ALLIE WATSON, D.D.S.
Dr. Allie Watson, Neville High School graduate and former valedictorian is happy to be back to the community she loves. Where has she been? She has spent the last nine years in Baton Rouge attending
Louisiana State University. Allie received her Bachelor’s degree from LSU. After that, she went on to and obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from LSU School of Dentistry. She is an active member
of the American Dental Association and the Louisiana Dental Association. Watson will be strengthening smiles at the Oak Grove and Farmerville offices.
In her spare time, Allie loves being with her family, relaxing at Lake Bruin, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the LSU Tigers on Saturday nights.
