"I came into town unexpectedly due to a family death and had no intentions of getting my implants finished at this time, but Karen and this incredible team worked a miracle. Karen took the information I gave her about my temporary arches and made it happen. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist and everyone in the office were absolute angels. I couldn't believe how quickly I was able to get in--they all went right to work on my teeth like a NASCAR mechanic changing tires during a race! I go back in two weeks to get the final implants placed. Miranda is a precious, deeply caring young woman who is artistically helping complete my final piece. She is extremely thorough and cares about every little detail of your teeth. I detest going to the dentist (or dealing with an attorney!), but these people truly have the ingredients a local business needs to be successful in serving our community. "A few years ago I had the worst dentist appointment of my life. I was in so much pain and the dentist ignored my cries. For years, I struggled to go back to the dentist even when I really needed to because I had anxiety just thinking about past experiences. However, I went to a new dentist yesterday and had the best experience I could ever have at NELA Dental they were so sweet to me. Treated me with such kindness and grace yesterday. If I even flinched they didn’t make a move til everything was perfect and my heart was settled. If you have anxiety or hate going to the dentist, please make them your choice.
